ABOUT

Meet the Anti Work Girlboss

If you’d told me a few years ago I’d lead a movement helping millions rethink work, I wouldn’t have believed you. Raised by a single mom in Fort Collins, Colorado, I was wired for overachievement early on. I worked hard through school, landed in tech, and aimed to climb every rung of the corporate ladder. But after burning out, suffering a concussion, and realizing the corporate grind was unsustainable, I knew something had to change.

That’s when Anti Work Girlboss was born.

I created the lazy girl job as a wake-up call for those who know life is worth more than endless desk hours. With #lazygirljob hitting 60 million views on TikTok and tens of thousands of media mentions, it’s sparked a global conversation about work-life balance and corporate toxicity. Leaving my tech job to go all-in on Anti Work Girlboss was both terrifying and exhilarating, but I’ve never looked back. Now, as CEO, TEDx Speaker, published author, and Entrepreneur contributor, I’m helping a community of 500,000+ redefine success on our own terms.

But let me be clear: this isn’t just about "taking it easy" at work. The lazy girl job is about reclaiming your autonomy, ditching hustle culture, and building a life where you can actually breathe. I’ve seen firsthand how the pressure to constantly prove your worth through work can break people down. I’ve lived it. And now, I’m here to help others break free.

If you’re tired of being told that burnout is just the price of ambition, you’re in the right place. We’re flipping the script on what it means to have a career, and I’m so excited to have you on this journey with me.

Buckle up—we’re redefining work, one lazy girl job at a time.
